For over 20 years, I've helped children develop the confidence, enjoyment and life skills that sport can bring. I've coached children aged 2 to 18 in schools, football academies, holiday camps and sports programmes across the UK and USA.

For the last 15 years, I've been a Primary School PE Teacher, delivering PE lessons, breakfast and after-school clubs, PPA cover and holiday camps. One of the things I'm most proud of is the relationships I've built with families, teaching siblings over many years and watching children grow in confidence from one school year to the next.

As a dad of two young children, I know how important it is to find activities where children feel safe, encouraged and excited to come back each week. Every child is different, and I believe every child deserves the chance to enjoy being active, whatever their ability.

My sessions are full of energy, encouragement and plenty of fun. When children are smiling and enjoying themselves, they're far more willing to have a go, challenge themselves and build confidence.

Starting Sporting Heroes has been a dream of mine for many years. My goal is simple: to create a place where children love being active, parents feel completely confident leaving their children in my care, and every child leaves feeling like a Sporting Hero.
